How Our Property Cleanout Prices Work

Delivering Affordable Property Cleanouts and Dumpster Rental Services Near Near You

We are proud to provide transparent and straightforward pricing for our property cleanout services. The cost of each cleanout will vary based on your location, truck volume, whether items need to be bagged or boxed, and any recycling charges. To get the most precise details on tailoring our property cleanout options to meet your requirements, please reach out to us.

Truck Volume

The first component of our pricing model is based on the amount of space your unwanted belongings, donations, or junk take up in our sizable 20-yard trucks. Although different junk removal services may have varying definitions of a "large" item, we aim for uniformity by determining costs according to the volume that items occupy in our trucks. For more information, please check the diagram below or reach out to our cleanout expert for an estimate on typical items for removal.

Your City

The second factor influencing our pricing is your geographical location. For individuals residing within a 30-mile radius of our site in Elkhart Lake, WI, there are no additional travel fees. However, for those living outside this 30-mile zone, we do impose a fee of $3.00 for each mile. This charge is intended to offset fuel expenses.

Items That Require Recycling Fees

The third factor involves items that incur additional disposal charges at our local landfill, including tires, electronics, and appliances containing freon. Other large and cumbersome items such as hot tubs and pianos may also be subject to extra costs if they require additional manpower or disassembly for removal from residential or commercial properties due to the time involved in disassembling them.

List of items with added fees':

  • Car Batteries
  • Car/truck tires
  • Electronics
  • Freezers
  • Refrigerators
  • TV’s
  • Air Conditioners
  • Dehumidifiers

Bagging/Boxing of loose items

The fourth and final element we consider when setting prices for our cleanout services is whether the items need to be bagged. This includes tasks such as removing dishes from cabinets, emptying food from refrigerators, and gathering small items scattered throughout the house, on floors, or in closets. Instead of transporting each small item individually, we prefer to bag them together. The process of collecting loose items, clearing out kitchen cabinets, and tidying up requires time; hence, we apply a modest hourly fee for this service.

Truck Volume Pricing

Our pricing structure for cleanout services is based on the volume of truck space utilized, with options available for an eighth, half, or a full truckload. Our hauling trucks are larger than those used by many other junk removal companies, measuring 16 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet high (equivalent to 20 yards). To help you better assess your needs, please select a load size for more information.

**Please note that exact prices and fees may vary by location. Labor charges will depend on the specific demands of each job. The costs associated with construction and demolition waste removal are calculated based on both volume and weight (this includes materials like wood, concrete, and various building materials).
